Thence, in a general northern direction following along the San Antonio River to E Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard. Following along E Cesar E. Chavez Blvd in an eastern direction to the intersection of S Cherry St. Thence, in a northern direction to connect with Austin St. Continuing north along Austin St. to I-35.
