Description

This solicitation is a Set-Aside for SDVOSB/VOSB. Vendor must show proof of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, or Veteran Owned Small Business at time of Sources Sought submittal. The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a contract for Jesse Brown VAMC located 2030 West Taylor in Chicago, IL 606612-4223. Please see attached RFQ document, VA69D-16-Q-1254 for requirements. Potential vendors are to complete the attached RFQ document and submit an itemized quote as well as submit sufficient supporting documentation which details product specifications. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 13:00 PM CST, 09/02/2016.
