Description

The VA NCO 10 Contracting Office, Marion, IN, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(2) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Depuy Synthes Sales Inc., West Chester, PA for supplying two (2) modular foot systems, including implants and instruments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Depuy Synthes modular foot systems are required to ensure standardization and interoperability with existing podiatry modular foot systems, made by Depuy Synthes. NAICS 339113 applies and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The contractor shall deliver to the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 within 23 days after contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is currently available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 4:00 PM EDST on 8/31/2016. No telephonic inquiries or mailed responses will be accepted. All responses must be emailed to eric.winger@va.gov.
