- Help Desk-Hyper Care increase of $74,211.33 incremental funding The requested VA requirements are for IBM to provide hyper-care support to the VA functional help desk in order to supplement staff in anticipation for an elevated number of help desk calls due to the increasing size of deployments. This support is an increase in level of effort of existing hyper-care support to improve overall help desk response time and speed the resolution of submitted help desk tickets due to the increased help desk demands via high number of tickets being submitted due to population size, which is now over 400,000. Support will provide for faster workforce stabilization.
