Description

The Denver VA Medical Center in Denver, CO intends to release Solicitation VA259-16-R-0515 for the Mitigation of Fire and Life Safety Discrepancies. The Denver VAMC requires construction services from a firm to provide all labor materials to mitigate several fire and life safety deficiencies at the Denver VA Medical Center in accordance with statement of work and all applicable specifications and drawings. Project will be performed in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after August 29, 2016. The purpose of this requirement is to mitigate Fire and Life Safety Discrepancies, to include sealing of fire/smoke penetrations, installation of fire dampers, installation and movement of smoke detectors to match existing. This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building construction, size standard $36,500,000.00. This requirement is for the Denver VA Medical Center in Denver, CO. Costs are firm fixed priced and scheduling has enough notification time to allow for the contractor to provide the service. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Additionally, successful offeror must be a registered SDVOSB in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only.
