Description

J&A document This SSJ is being posted in compliance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iv), within 14 days after awarding a contract under the simplified acquisition threshold supported by a sole source justification. On August 4, 2016, Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The National Center for Environmental Health (NCEH), Office of Noncommunicable Diseases, Injury and Environmental Health (ONDIEH), issued a purchase order to Hamilton Robotics under 200-2016-M-91826. This purchase order was issued under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 13.501(a), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized for the justification. The justification document is provided in the attached package.
