Survey Vendor Packet Reps and Certs Quote Purchase of one (1) Oc'e ColorWave 500 System; Features: print engine with 4 rolls; Oc'e PowerM plus controller; 10.4" clear connect touch screen; integrated color scanner; Oc'e Scan Logic software - scan to PDF/TIFF/JPEG in color; adobe postscript 3/PDF; receiving rack-stacks prints easily and effectively; initial supply order - CYMK toner and paper; delivery & installation; system integration & training Maintenance Contract: Maintenance contract to cover all parts, labor, toner, waste toner cartridge, all service calls, delivery, training, on-going support; 2500 sf per month: base charge, excess charge above allowance to be billed monthly ; includes 6 ct of toner/year This service agreement shall be valid from Oct. 1, 2016 to Sept. 30, 2017 with three (3) options for renewal of equal length terms of 12months.
