Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, Leavenworth, KS, has a requirement to procure Theophylline for the National Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) via Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Product Service Code is 6505 (Drugs and Biologicals); the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing). All items shall be delivered on or before 15 days after receipt of order (ARO) or sooner if otherwise specified by the Government on Request for Quotes competed/delivery orders issued against IDIQs. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation VA770-16-Q-0373 shall be posted at www.fbo.gov by 4:00pm Central Standard Time (CST) 6-20-2016 and will close no later than 1:00PM CST on 6-22-2016. No phone calls please.
