VENDORS OFFERING SIMILAR ITEMS THAN WHAT'S BEING REQUESTED MUST GIVE DETAILS OF THEIR OFFER TO INCLUDE PHOTO ATTACHMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
