- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation W912LA-16-T-0054 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, effective 15 August 2016. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $15M. The California National Guard has a requirement for a portable field armory to be delivered to Stockton Army Aviation Support Facility, Stockton, CA. See the attachment Performance Work Statement.
