Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) has a requirement to support the NSWC IHEODTD Joint Service Explosive Ordnance Disposal (JSEOD) tools and equipment supply chain management system providing Total Asset Visibility (TAV) with the ability to read Item Unique Identification (IUID) labels and Passive Radio Frequency Identification (pRFID) tags, capability and functionality with financial transaction tracking tools; all interfacing with Catalog, Order and Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) software and hardware. This is a sole source requirement to be negotiated with GVI, Inc located at 4615 Pleasant Ave Ste. B Norfolk, Virginia 23518. Negotiations being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The NAICS Code is 541330 and the FSC Code is R425.
