Description

The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate a task order with Flightline Electronics, Inc., 7625 Omnitech Place, Victor, NY 14465-9795, on a sole source basis for the development, update, and delivery of Software Defined Sonobuoy Receiver and Portable Acoustic Sonobuoy Simulator II software and firmware in support of Multi-static Active Coherent (MAC) and Airborne Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Intelligence programs. A sole source contract is consistent with the terms identified within this announcement upon the basis of the authority provided in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is not a request for proposals. No phone inquiries will be entertained.
