No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.*** The 97th Contracting Flight hereby issues the following solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR subpart 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested. This requirement is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set aside. Solicitation number FA4419-16-Q-0049 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 238330 with a size standard of $15M. Please ensure that the vendor's SAM information is up to date, active, and reflects the business size under NAICS CODE 238330. Your SAM information has to be correct to be eligible for award.
