Sources Sought Notice The Contractor shall Furnish all parts, materials, labor, transportation, equipment and tools necessary to collect and test water and maintain Government owned Water Purification System located at the Gerald B.H. Solomon (Saratoga) National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville NY 12871-1721. Vendor must be either Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) under NAICS 561621 Type of Contract: This is a firm-fixed price type contract for the supplies / services specified and effective for a one year period October 2016 through September 2017. All-Inclusive Pricing: The Monthly Unit Cost offered must be "All-Inclusive" for materials, labor, transportation, surcharges, fees, licenses, permits and services (i.e., all water testing {including all tests required by New York State Department Of Health}, preventive / routine maintenance, consumable items, assessments, reports, training, etc.) necessary and incident to the provision of Water Purification System Testing, Maintenance & Record Keeping Services as specified herein. There will be no additional costs or special service charges. Description Est QtyUnitUnit Cost Water Purification System Testing, Maintenance & Record Keeping Services: Furnish all parts, materials, labor, transportation, equipment and tools necessary to collect and test water and maintain Government owned Chlorine Pump Station located at the Saratoga National Cemetery, in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications of the contract. Services include the following: "Weekend and Holiday water testing & monitoring "Routine / Scheduled Quarterly Preventive Maintenance "Annual Assessment Report The aforementioned is intended to briefly describe the services involved. All services described in the Schedule of Supplies / Services, including all specifications, work statement, addenda, terms and conditions of the contract shall form the complete scope of work. 12 Month $ All responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement, including estimated costs (commercial costs are acceptable), and DUNS number. Responses must be received by Friday, September 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice and telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses received will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
