- 1.0 Introduction Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Security Department 400 Russell Avenue Bldg.492 Belle Chasse, La. 70037 is requesting contractual services. 2.0 Scope The Contractor will be able to complete service as required on a 2014 Chevrolet Impala Quantity 6; Ford Explorer SUV Quantity 1; and 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Truck Quantity: 1. 3.0 Specifications and Requirements: a. The contractor ™s place of business will be located no further than 25 miles from the NASJRB Security Department. During the time of services, Security may do a visual inspection while the work is in progress. b. Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to properly complete the contract. c. The Contractor shall provide the following services: Installation of Partition cages and gun mounts in listed patrol vehicles. Any damage to the Chevrolet impala, Ford explorer, or Dodge Ram by the contractor will be repaired at the expense of the contractor to the satisfaction of the customer. e. The Contractor is responsible for cleaning up the patrol vehicles immediately after their services have been completed. 4.0 Additional Project Information and Requirements: The contractor must coordinate with the Security Officer or his/her representative when scheduling work outside the terms and conditions of this contract. Any changes will be authorized by the Security Officer or his/her representative. 5.0 Government Furnished Property: Contractor shall not remove any government equipment or supplies from the Government vehicle without the express written permission of the Security Officer or his/her designated representative. 6.0 Place of Performance: The place of performance will be at a selected business within 25 miles from the Security Department Headquarters, Building 492, NAS JRB New Orleans, Belle Chasse, LA 70037. 7.0 Warranty: The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale, provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. Acceptance of the standard commercial warranty does not waive the Governments rights under the Inspection clause nor does it limit the Governments rights with regard to the other terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the standard commercial warranty. The standard commercial warranty period shall begin upon final acceptance of the applicable material and/or services listed in the Schedule. The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty (if applicable) with its offer.
