Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22, intends to issue a single source award firm fixed price purchase order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) - Soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, to University of California San Diego (UCSD), Qualcomm Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology, 9500 Gilman Drive #0436 La Jolla, CA 92093. The proposed action will acquire services to update and provide further development of Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) platform utilized for data collection in the current research project study on functioning in schizophrenia for VA San Diego Healthcare System. The study uses EMA methods to collect symptoms and functioning data on study participants. The estimated period of performance is for three (3) months from the date of contract award. This notice of intent is NOT a request for capability statements, quotes or proposals. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. This notice is to comply with the posting requirements identified in FAR Part 5.101.
