Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22, intends to issue a single source award firm fixed price purchase order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) - Soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, to University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), SISTAT Semel Institute, 760 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90095. The proposed action will acquire services for data management and statistical analysis to support various research programs for VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS). These include development and maintenance of intranet data entry sites, preparation of randomization tables, data cleaning, reliability checks of data entry and statistical analysis to evaluate study hypothesis. The estimated period of performance is for one year from the date of contract award. This notice of intent is NOT a request for capability statements, quotes or proposals. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. This notice is to comply with the posting requirements identified in FAR Part 5.101.
