Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Bragg (MICC Center-FB) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to JENOPTIK Advanced Systems, LLC, EL PASO, TX, 79915-1102, EPP HOOD ASSY for a Generator Set, Diesel Engine Driven, Skid Mounted 150 kW, Alternating Current. The manufacture of the generator is JENOPTIK POWER SYSTEMS GMBH. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide this service you must respond by 2 September 2016, 10:00 a.m. EDT.
