Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240, intends to solicit offers for GenExpert reagents to include MRSA, C.diff, and Copan swabs for use with the currently owned GenExpert equipment at the Saginaw, MI VAMC. Monthly deliveries to be called in by the Diagnostic Services department with all deliveries going to the Saginaw VAMC, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602. Contractors that can provide the test kits and supplies listed below are requested to send their 1. Company Name, 2. DUNS number, 3. business size under NAICS 339112, and 4. If the item(s) are available on a FSS contract or not and the FSS contract number if it is available on contract, 5. Notification if they are a VETBIZ registered VOSB/SDVOSB or not. This Sources Sought will close on 09/09/2016 at 3PM EDST. Please e-mail all responses to Calynda.baines3@va.gov. 1. Item #GXMRSA-100N-10 for 132 total kits estimated for use over a 12 month period 10/1/16 thru 9/30/17. 2. Item #GXCDIFF/EPI-10 for 10 total kits estimated for use over a 12 month period 10/1/16 thru 9/30/17. 3. Item #SDPS-120 for 1 package to be requested during the 12 month period of performance when needed by the facility. IF a vendor is going to offer a different reagent it is up to that vendor to provide as much information so as to prove it is compatible with the listed test equipment and that test results are at the same level of accuracy of those manufacutred specifically for this equipment. This notice is for information only and is being published in an effort to locate as many available distributors of the required reagent test kits and supplies listed.
