- In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA ™s decision to use the brand name, limited competition procedures. The FAA intends to compete the requirement for the upgrade of the FAA BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) Suite from v7.5 to v9.1. on a limited basis among the following authorized resellers who are Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), as identified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) BMC Software: Three Wire Systems, LLC Four Points Technology, LLC The aforementioned companies were identified by BMC Software, Inc. as the only approved SDVOSB resellers. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
