Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201, is seeking sources for vein finders. Items will be delivered to the VAMC Detroit at the address noted above. Contractors that can provide the items that meet the requirements below are requested to send their 1. Company Name, 2. DUNS number, 3. business size under NAICS 339112, 4. If the item(s) are available on a FSS contract or not and the FSS contract number if it is available on contract, 5. Notification if they are a VETBIZ registered VOSB/SDVOSB or not. REQUIREMENTS: Brand Name or Equal to the line items noted below. Must include: 1. Ability to visualize the vein 2. Ability to assist in placing peripheral IVs 3. The vendor has to supply training. 4. There has to be extended service for two years. Line Items: AV400 - Vein Illuminator w/Charging Cradle, Power Supply, multinational adapters, Battery, & Documentation with 1 year depot warranty - 6 EACH ASP1 - One Year Annual Service Plan including rapid replacement - 6 EACH HF470 - Powered Wheeled Stand - 6 EACH SOCT - On-Site Vein Illumination Standard of Care Training (per day) - 1 EACH OLT - Online Training and Support (per year) - 1 EACH PLT2 - Two Year ASPPlatinum Service Plan - 6 EACH This Sources Sought will close on Thursday, 9/1/2016 at 5:00 PM EDST.
