Description

The Denver VA Medical Center in Denver, CO intends to release Solicitation VA259-16-R-0520 for the installation of water filter systems in three individual buildings. The Denver VAMC requires construction services from a firm to provide all labor and materials to install water filter systems with power in three individual buildings at the Denver VA Medical Center in accordance with the statement of work and all applicable specifications and drawings. Project will be performed in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after August 31, 2016. The purpose of this requirement is the installation of complete water filter systems with power and monitoring in three buildings at the Denver VAMC. Water shut-downs can only take place in one building at a time. This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size standard $15,000,000.00. This requirement is for the Denver VA Medical Center in Denver, CO. Costs are firm fixed priced and scheduling has enough notification time to allow for the contractor to provide the service. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Additionally, successful offeror must be a registered SDVOSB in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only.
