- Time Extension Amendment 0001 Amendment 0001 is issued to extend the solicitation closeout date from 1 Sept 2016 at 2:00 pm (1400) MDT to 8 Sept 2016 at 2:00 pm (1400) MDT. The 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, WY requests proposals to repair the underground storage tank at the Launch Facility C-08 located in Banner County, Nebraska. The Government anticipates making award of a Firm­ Fixed Price contract to repair the required storage tank. Work primarily consists of, but is not limited to, pump the tank (to include the interstitial area), clean the tank to a "three rinse" standard, find and repair the tank leak/leaks using Xerxes qualified technicians, test and filter/replace the fuel back into the tank. It will also be the contractor's responsibility to maintain the 300 gal day tank. This includes ensuring that it is full before work starts, have 100 gallons on hand that could be used to refill if necessary, then open up the fill line in the manhole area in order to fill and then make sure it doesn't leak. Finally, ensure everything operates properly, once the project is complete. The Period of Performance (PoP) is 45 calendar days to repair the required storage tank. This proposed contract is being set-aside as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 237120, Storage Tank, Natural Gas or Oil, Tank Farm or Field, Construction, with a size standard of $36.5 million. The government is interested in all small businesses - including 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Businesses, and Small Disadvantaged Businesses that are interested in performing this requirement. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The closing date for the receipt of proposals will be Thursday, September 8, 2016, 2:00 PM (1400) (MT).
