Description

Wage Determination Statement of Work Combo/RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 20 05-90; DEFENSE FAR SUPPLEMENT (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20160811, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2016-0603. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335911, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Shaw Air Force Base 20 th Operational Squadron, located in Sumter, SC, is seeking to replace RAPCON UPS batteries (80 batteries). The contractor is also responsible for shipping the batteries, disposing the old batteries, and all else in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Combo/RFQ.
