Description

This is a sources sought announcement only and is not a request for proposals or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon PA VA Medical Center, is seeking to determine availability of businesses with the capability to provide the equipment listed below: Four (4) Fingerprint Machines, brand-name or equal to Touchprint Livescan (TPE-4100UXT-ED), with the following characteristics: a)The fingerprint machines must meet the following specifications: i)Must be capable of submitting fingerprint charts to the Office of Personnel Management. ii)Must be on the FBI Certified Products List https://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/fingerprints_biometrics/iafis/iafis_cert iii)Must use connection of existing dedicated phone line and/or network jack. iv)Must be portable. v)Must have a minimum warranty period of one year. b)The contractor shall provide the following services: i)Delivery and handling of all equipment to the Lebanon VAMC. ii)De-installation of the existing fingerprint setup. iii)Existing equipment will be disposed of by VAMC Lebanon staff iv)Installation of new fingerprint systems. v)Connection to the Office of Personnel Management. vi)Training of fingerprint system with staff. vii)Ensure functionality of all existing equipment.
