Agency Special Requirements U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): How To Offer: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16 – Reg 4. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Clearwater, FL Delineated Area: Intersection of 4th street and Central Ave St. Petersburg FL Head north -Up 4th (north) to the intersection of 687 and interstate 275/Ulmerton Road St. Petersburg FL Then go West on Ulmerton-686, to 49th street and go south on 49th street to US Highway 19 Go south on US 19 that turn into 34 South street to Central Ave in St Petersburg FL and go east to the intersection ofCentral Ave and 4th street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6015 Maximum Sq. Ft.
