NNG16592766Q Salient Characteristics This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Commercial Test Program under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This solicitation is issued on a "Brand Name or Equal" basis. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) has a requirement for a Resonon Pika L Airborne Hyperspectral Imaging System, or equal. Please see the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and "Attachment A - Salient Characteristics" for additional details. Offerors proposing an "or equal" solution shall submit a copy of Attachment A to show that the proposed solution meets, or exceeds, the Government's requirements. Quotes are due no later than September 9, 2016 at 12 PM Eastern (noon). Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
