- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) hereby issues a Request for Proposal (RFP) for technical and scientific assessment services for abandoned uranium mines on and around the Navajo Nation. This solicitation is a Full and Open Competition with a Partial Small Business Set-Aside. Please see attached Solicitation and corresponding documents for requirements. Proposal are due no later than 15:30 PM PST, 10/21/2016. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All proposals are to be sent electronically via FedConnect.net. Questions are due no later than 15:30 PM PST, 09/29/2016. Questions received after this due date may not be addressed prior to the proposal due date.
