Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, intends to solicit quotes for Medical Provider Credentials Verification. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA101V-16-Q-0412. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 561611, Investigation Services, and the small business size standard is $20.5 Million. This procurement is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Quoters must be verified in Vetbiz.gov to be eligible. 3. The intended contract period is a base year plus four (4) one-year option years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 31 Aug 2016 and the anticipated closing date is 12 Sep 2016. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered.
