Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: The U.S. Government currently occupies 4,170 RSF of office and related space located at 505 S. Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating process, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure. State: Florida City: West Palm Beach Delineated Area: 1. North: North 7 th St 2. South: Lakeview Ave 3. East: South Flagler Drive 4. West: South Quadrille Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3500 Maximum Sq. Ft (ABOA): 4100 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 17 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 17 Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 120 Months Firm Term: 60 Months Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain.
