Limited Source Justification - Brand Name This J&A is being posted in compliance with FAR 8.405-6, within 14 days after placing an order exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold that is supported by a limited-sources justification. On August 30, 2016, The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases issued a delivery order to Accelera Solutions, Inc. under Carahsoft Technology Corp. GSA Contract No. GS-35F-0119Y Order No. HHSN272201600377U. This order was issued under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 501, as implemented by FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), consideration of schedule contractors will be restricted only to the item peculiar to one manufacturer - Brand Name. The justification and approval document is provided in the attached package.
