- COMBO-Interview Time has been changed to 7 September 2016 from 8 September 2016 The Catholic Community on Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for a Catholic Religous Education Coordinator. See the attached COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION 'COMBO' for specific information. This action is set aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-Asides. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110, with a small business size standard of $7.5 Million. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). This requirement for Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, and amendments, as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the IFB. All offerors MUST be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov. SUBMISSION OF BIDS: Bids may be submitted as follows: •a. The interview for this solicitation has changed from 8 September 2016 to 7 September 2016. To schedule an interview, please contact by phone and/or Email Rachel Oldfield at 907.377.3508 or rachel.oldfield@us.af.mil or SSgt Daniel Rakowski at 907.377.3364 or daniel.rakowski@us.af.mil no later than 10:00AM on 7 Sep 16 to sign-up for interviews at 2:00PM the same day. Base access will also be coordinated at that time. Auditions/Interviews will begin at 2:00PM 7 Sep 16, please be prepared as required in the solicitation. Interviews are not mandatory but preference will be given to those who have passed the interview process. IAW FAR 14.503-1(i) When step one results in no acceptable technical proposal or only one acceptable technical proposal, the aquistion may be continued by negotiation. QUESTIONS.
