Description

Statement of Objectives for Open line Indicators Single Source Justification for Open Line Indicators. The 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI intends to award a Purchase Order for a sole source purchase to Securadyne Systems Intermediate for commercial services to provide Open-line indicators. Simplified Acquisition Procedures using FAR Part 13, Acquisition for Commercial Items will be used for this requirement. This is neither a request for quote or announcement of forthcoming solicitation. It is the 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron's belief that Securadyne Systems Intermediate is the only qualified source to meet our needs. This Sources Sought is being posted to provide all vendors an opportunity to compete. Interested sources that believe they can perform the services required may submit a capability statement to A1C Nathaniel Bovell and responses must be received by 1:00PM, Hawaii Standard Time on 15 Sep 2016. The government will consider all responses but a determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. If no viable responses are received by the due date, the Government will issue a Purchase Order to Securadyne Systems Intermediate. Attachments: Single Source J&A and Statement of Objectives
