Description

Northrop Grumman is the original developer of the Emergency Communications System (ECS). The system has completed all required Electromagnetic testing. All Northrup Grumman parts have passed electromagnetic testing without electromagnetic interference onto other components. These parts are specific components with no other known manufacturer and must be used to interface landline communications components in the Communications Switch with the ECS. Brand specific equipment is vital to the Emergency Communications System (ECS) to ensure compatibility and commonality among existing equipment currently deployed. There are currently 25 Northrup Grumman ECS systems employed fleet-wide with 21 additional ECS systems to be installed. As a System of Record, no deviations are allowed from the approved Technical Data Package.
