- This PWS contains specifications on what the requirements are. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (ii)Solicitation F7X2156153AW02 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 12. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. (iv) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541990 with a size standard of $15.0 million. This procurement is a being advertised as unrestricted, large and small businesses may submit quotes. The following service is requested in this solicitation. CLIN 0001- Recertification of a ZEKS breathing air system for a KC-135 aircraft located in building 111 at McGhee Tyson ANG Base per Statement of Work (PWS).
