Zeiss IOL Master 700 Statement of Work This a brand name only or equivalent requirement Background: The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a requirement for one (1) Zeiss IOL Master 700 to be utilized in a clinic setting. The LVAMC providers presently utilize a Zeiss IOL Master which is the preferred model. The IOL Master we currently utilize is obsolete, and will not work with new and updated equipment we are in the process of purchasing to connect to the Zeiss Forum Data Management System. This system will connect all devices, including the IOL Master, to communicate with each other and share information. Additional Information: The Zeiss IOL Master is requested, as this is the only device that will work in conjunction with the current Zeiss Microscope owned, and the multiple devices in process of being purchased; FORUM, and CALLISTO, mentioned above which will provide a comprehensive suite of interfacing equipment to provide Cataract care to Veterans. Delivery, Installation, and Training: Delivery shall be within thirty (30) days from the time of award. The IOL Master and accessories shall be delivered to the Lebanon VAMC located at 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042; Attn; Warehouse. BioMedical Engineering will need to perform a safety check and enter the equipment in to the system for annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) checks. Installation in the LVAMC clinic/OR shall be coordinated through the Biomedical Engineering department and the Department Chief. Installation and training shall take place within 45 days from the time of delivery.
