Description

RFQ Attachments Sole Source Justification RFQ The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract on sole source basis to Fairlead Integrated, LLC. This requirement is to fabricate 8 (EA) Control Panels for low pressure resin catch tanks. This procurement shall utilize procedures under FAR Part 13. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
