Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for infection test kits for the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). The solicitation number for this RFQ is VA261-16-Q-1148. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 1, 2016, with an anticipated due date of September 09, 2016. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 with four (4) one-year option periods.
