Description

The VA intends to award a replacement lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Department of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Orlando. The VA requires administrative and related space yielding a minimum of 9,500 NUSF of office area and 45 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum 9,500 NUSF and Maximum 9,600 NUSF. To be considered, space must be within or bordering/facing the delineated area as follows: North: Interstate 408 South: Florida State Road 417 East: Road -Innovation Way West: U.S. Route 441 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 9/12/2016.
