AMENDMENT #2- The purpose of this amendment is to post the revised SOW. AMENDMENT #1- The purpose of this amendment is to post answers to questions asked from 10 August 16 through 22 August 16 and to remove Clause 52.228-4 from the solicitation. Please read the attached file for more details -- "FA5270-16-Q-A075" Please send all questions no later than 11:00 pm EST on 1 SEP 2016, any questions sent after that will be considered late and does not guarantee a response.
