Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) VA262-16-Q-1481. Submit written offers per structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. All offeror(s) responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 541519, Other Computer Related Services, and a Size Standard of $27.5M apply to this procurement. 1.In accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5, this procurement is a Total Small Business Set-aside. 2.Quote shall be valid through 09/30/2016. 3.All questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist Duwane Snyder in writing via email no later than (NLT) September 8, 2016 at 10:00pm PST. Answers will be posted NLT September 12, 2016. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. 4.Quotes must be sent to Contract Specialists Duwane Snyder, duwane.snyder@va.gov, no later than Wednesday September 14, 2016 at 10:00am PST. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with CLIN structure reflected in Attachment B. The estimated period of performance is September 19, 2016 - October 31, 2016.
