- Furniture Chair Specifications RFQ: WAEDCLERK16-000148　 Request Date: 9/2/16　 The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington has a requirement for furniture to be delivered and installed in a courtroom located at:　 825 Jadwin Avenue, Room 174　 Richland, WA 99352　 　 Please see attached furniture and/or equal product specifications. 　 　 This procurement will need to be accomplished in coordination with technology upgrades and carpet installation in the courtroom. 　 Quotes to be mailed or emailed by COB 9/16/2016 to:　 U.S. District Court, Attn: Morgan Collett　 PO Box 1493　 Spokane, WA 99201　 morgan_collett@waed.uscourts.gov　 Based upon availability of funding, an award from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote on or before September 16, 2016.
