Description: Amendment 0001 Original solicitation had incorrect Wage Determination - deleted Mesa County added Garfield County. END OF AMENDMENT Proposals are being requested and this solicitation DTFAEN-16-R-00162 is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Primary NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15.0. This requirement is offered as a Total Small Business set aside. SITE VISIT: Attending the site visit must be arranged by contacting: Marc LeMay at marc.lemay@faa.gov no later than Monday Aug 22, 2016 at 3:00 PM EST (I work out of the Atlanta GA regional Office) The site visit is scheduled for 24 Aug, 2016 at 10:00 AM MST. Please provide Company Name, and full names of all attendees that will be attending when contacting the POC. All Requests for Information (RFI) must be emailed to the Contracting Officer (marc.lemay@faa.gov) no later than ten days prior to the close of the solicitation at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process To be considered for award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (website: www.sam.gov).
