- Solicitation: This attachment is a conformed copy of all the amendments and the solicitation. PWS 1 Sept. This attachment includes the updated PWS. Changes were made in Red Font. Questions and Answers 30 August 2016. This attachment includes all the questions and answers to date. Amendment 2: This attachment includes only the changes in amendment 2. T his is an amendment to the solicitation FA4690-16-T-0016 for UPS Maintenance for Ellsworth Air Force Base. This amendment will do the following: 1. Answer a second set of Questions and Answers in the attachment Question and Answers, 30 August 2016 2. Final Question are due NLT 6 Sept 2016 at 10:00 AM MST 3. Change the PWS UPS Module Table under paragraph 1 and changes are indicated in red font. 4. The quantities were changed for CLIN 5001 and 5003 from 2 to 1. 5. The following CLINS were added to include an additional system starting 1 June 2017: CLINS 1007, 1008, 2007, 2008, 3007, 3008, 4007, 4008, 5007, and 5008. 6. Total Evaluated Price CLINS are were changed from "0001-400X" to "0001-5008" in Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-2, paragraph a. 7. Delivery address changed in all CLINS and FAR Provision 52.212-3 changed from "Reference" to "Full Text" 8. Conformed copy of solicitation which included al amendments and added CLINS is provided for Offerors to complete and submit with their proposal. 9. Edit the Description of the solicitation to in this posting to state: Description of requirement: The contractor shall provide all, a semiannual preventative maintenance/inspection and emergency service for the follow systems. Powerware 9355(X2), Powerware 9390(X4), and a Liebert NX 40SA250620. T hese systems are located on or close to Ellsworth AFB, SD Please note a signed copy of the conformed solicitation must be submited with offerors quotes. The solicitation close date and all other information remains unchanged.
