- IGF::OT::IGF Janitorial Service, Base Year and 4 option periods. The Contractor is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and assuring performance and effective completion of all work under this contract. See Statement of Work. Procurement is a total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Service, No Small Business Size, 18M. In accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-2, the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Period of Performance will be from 1 October 2017 for 1 year with 4 year option years. Award is anticipated approx. September 16, 2016. Solicitation and attachments will be posted approx.
