Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of providing preventative maintenance on the Dornier Medilas H20 Holmium laser model HD0663s/nH20-663. The Contractor must service the medical equipment in accordance to manufacturer specifications and preventive maintenance recommendations. The Contractor must respond to service calls within two business hours of notification and return said call. Service calls are to be made by Biomedical Maintenance personnel only. This service will be completed Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) unless prior arrangements are requested and approved by the Contracting Officer Representative. Federal Holidays are excluded. The information submitted shall contain the company's business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contract Specialist. Any questions should be addressed to the Contract Specialist, in writing, at the email address provided. Because this is a request for information only, answers to questions will not be posted.
