This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 238330 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is $15.0M. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company would qualify as a small business under the solicited NAICS. The 148thFW has eight flooring projects. We are anticipating multiple awards. These projects are not currently funded, but funds are anticipated. The following is needed: Carpet Square Color Requested: Ironworks 001 - 001A - 728 sq. ft. epoxy flooring with standard 4" wrapped base 001B - 3,530 sq. ft. carpet squares with standard 4" vinyl base 001C - 2,032 sq. ft. carpet squares or carpet roll with standard 4" vinyl base.
