- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Officer, Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Navy Enterprise Business Solutions Program Office (PMW 220) is announcing the availability of the Electronic Procurement System (ePS) Technical Data Repository (TDR), which can be found at: https://acqu.noblis.org/AccessTDR The intent of the TDR is to provide documentation related to ePS requirements for Industry awareness in preparation for an Industry Day to be held on 26 September 2016. At the time of this announcement, the TDR contains a GFI list, CRD, SRS, SEP, notional schedule, and one pager containing Industry Day information and major changes since the previous Request for Information (RFI). Any updates to these documents will be posted to the TDR. No comments on these documents are requested at this time. Additional documents will be added when available so interested parties are encouraged to register for automatic notification of changes. However, it is the responsibility of the interested party to periodically check the TDR website for updates. An Industry Day is planned for 26 September 2016 from 9:00am 12:00pm at the Embassy Suites in Springfield, VA, located at 8100 Loisdale Rd. The purpose of this Industry Day is to discuss and seek input from Industry on the current technical strategy and requirements for ePS. The Government intends to hold a series of briefings, followed by a Question and Answer (Q&A) session that will allow Industry to ask questions and provide comments. To register for the Industry Day, please send the following information to eps_Industry_Day.fct@navy.mil: - Company Name - Prime Integrator Company Name (if known) - Number of participants - Attendee names (names can be updated on the day of the event) - Contact information (e-mail) for primary point of contact Due to space limitations, there may be a need to limit the number of attendees per team. If that situation occurs, the Government will coordinate directly with each team. The deadline for registration is 5:00PM EST on September 21st, 2016. Those attendees that have registered prior to the deadline will be admitted on a priority basis; late registrants will be admitted as space permits.
