Exhibit D (Government Personal Property) UPDATED GRBA001-17 Amendment No. 1 The National Park Service (Service) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the solicitation for a business opportunity to operate food and beverage and retail at the Lehman Caves Visitor Center within Great Basin National Park. Amendment No. 1 updates Exhibit D (Assigned Government Personal Property) to the Draft Contract. The Prospectus and all amendments are available online at no charge at https://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the Prospectus from the website, please notify Trystan Stern by email at trystan_stern@nps.gov so you are placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence. Any proposals must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on October 20, 2016.
