- Quotation Template FY16 Tax Representation COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is advertised as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 333993, Size Standard is 500 employees. The solicitation number for this procurement is W912JD-16-Q-2040 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, Effective 15 Aug 2016. SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS: To assure timely and equitable evaluation of the proposal, offerors shall follow the instructions contained herein. Offers shall be submitted as a single electronic package to the Primary Point of Contact email address no later than the date and time identified within this notice. The offer must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. The responses shall consist of four (4) separate parts: Bid Schedule, Delivery Schedule, Technical Information, and FAR 52.212-3 Alt I -- Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. BID SCHEDULE: CLIN 0001: One (1) Portable Continuous Band Sealer Bosch HS-CII, Emplex MPS Lite, or equal Heat Bars & Cooling Bars with Adjustable Gap/Pressure Control Teflon-coated, Continuous, Metal Sealing Bands Adjustable Temperature Controller 1/4" Minimum Seal Width x Unlimited Sealing Length Left to Right or Right to Left Feed Direction Capabilities shall include Tabletop, Benchtop, and Handheld Use Continuous Motion Speed - 180 Inches per minute minimum Hardware for Mounting to Bench or Tabletop Operators Manual Included Suitable for Mil-Spec Polyethylene Sealing Applications Please provide a quote for the item(s) above. When a quote is submitted, the proposal will be sent to the technical advisor for compatibility and verification. ANY OFFEROR PROVIDING AN OR EQUAL PRODUCT SHALL THOROUGHLY DESCRIBE HOW THEIR PRODUCT MEETS ALL THE REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS LISTED. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MAKE THAT OFFEROR NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
